Symmetry

In room 5 the year 4`s have been learning about symmetry. Symmetry is half of a shape. The line of symmetry means a line in the middle of a shape. Some shapes have more than four sides. And  some are in threes. We had to fold a piece of paper in half and cut out a shape. I made the hat shape,chocolate wrapper shape, fox head shape, dog head shape, timer shape, diamond shape, butterfly wings shape and an upside down tree. The line of symmetry is the line in the middle of a shape.
