Author Visit


On Tuesday an author came to visit Awahono School. The author's name is Jenny Sommervell. She wrote The Day Dad Blew Up The Cowshed, The Eel Hunt, The New Old Truck. I learnt about the life cycle of an eel from The Eel Hunt.

    Hello Annabelle, which book did you enjoy most? Do you remember how far eels have to swim to lay their eggs? Where do they go?
